Thorny Rose Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 Review

Thorny Rose Cabernet Sauvignon

Looking to try a new brand we splurged paying a full $9.99 on Thorny Rose Cabernet Sauvignon. This one comes from the Columbia Valley, Washington.

Day 1: It’s quite delicious. It’s medium-bodied with a nice clean finish. Mild tannins are noticeable as well as a slight sweetness and spice. The grape flavor is most recognizable towards the end of a taste.

Day 2: Just as good the first day. Even mellower and fuller tasting. The Thorny Rose Cabernet is a great option at the $10 price point.

Here are a couple of other reviews in agreement.

  1. Thank you for tagging me! A great wine indeed! I’m hearing good things on their red blend as well as the whites. More reviews to come in the future!
