Plaintain Strips

These are a great brand of plantain chips. On sale for only a $1, the Mariquitas are oddly long, well, strips of plantain. They taste less salty than many others. The crunch level is in the sweet spot between rock hard and almost chewy. These would be a good introduction for folks who haven’t tried plantain chips before. They’re labeled gluten free. Other flavors include no salt, garlic, sweet and spicy. Don’t visit their website though as it seems to result in browser crashing.
