In the mood for Gluten Free chewy chocolate chip cookies, we came across this recipe from Food Network’s Alton Brown. The recipe was great and satisfied the cookie craving. To make it vegan, almond milk was substituted over dairy milk and flax meal (3 T water to 1 T egg=1 egg) was used instead of eggs. Note: We did them in the whoopie pie pan because it’s more fun.
