My birthday is today, March 3rd. Rather than harping on about “feeling old,” the plan is to celebrate over a homemade meal. On the menu are collard greens, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, mashed potatoes with cashewnut gravy and BBQ Chicken. For dessert, perhaps most excellent of all is funfetti cake. I’ll report back with links and/or recipes.
