How was your 2014? While things were fairly crazy in the wider world, I had several positive occurrences. In the current issue of Culture Cheese magazine, I have a 5 recipe article on Indian cheese based sweets. It’s mostly a print publication but one of the recipes, a cheese log called the Cham Cham is available on their website. Additionally, I hit a personal best mileage goal of 1400. In 2015 I’m going for 1500.
On the food front I took a very enjoyable class on Korean cooking. Below are a few of the favorite recipes posted this year. Thanks everyone for visiting/continuing the visit RoodonFood. On New Year’s Eve, it’s fun to snack all day. On the menu are pizza, Bengali beet chops (recipe soon), nachos, chocolate chip cookies and pudding pie.
