I really enjoy corn and rice cakes as a light, healthy snack. During my weekly visit to Lifethyme Greenmarket today, located on a nondescript below eye-level shelf I noticed these fancy looking corn cakes. They’re eye-catching because they offer crazy flavors like dark chocolate, orange and even strawberry. Because I am incredibly daring, I chose dark chocolate.

Each package is 100g/3.5 oz, non-GMO and contain 6. They’re all gluten free but the dark chocolate is also vegan. They’re about the size of an air hockey puck and are generously coated. I loved the crunch and how light they are. On sale, they were only $1.79. I’ll definitely stock pile some more packets of these.
