Peanut Butter & Co White Chocolate Wonderful
Peanut Butter & Co makes the best stuff. I’ve walked by 240 Sullivan, location of their sandwich shop countless times but never stopped to go in. Thanks to a Groupon deal, I finally did. For $12 we got 4 jars. They even provided a reusable branded bag. Afterwards I made the weekly trip to Jefferson Market Library. Books + Peanut Butter to munch on equals a good day.
I took home the delicious, vanilla-y White Chocolate Wonderful (WCW), the other three jars became stocking stuffers during Christmas. WCW is perfect on toast, in a PB&J or as pictured, ants on a log. Other flavors include Cinnamon Swirl, the Heat Is On (spicy), Bees Knees (with honey), Might Maple, Smooth Operator and of course Crunchy. Except for Bees Knees (vegetarian), all the peanut butters are explicitly labeled gluten free and vegan. Here is a review of the other flavors. Because of this Groupon introduction I’ll definitely be back. If you’re not in the NY area the products are available nation wide or online.
